In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and offered a replacement or a full refund.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our pieces are made-to-order and created exclusively for you.
For this reason, returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted for change of mind.

Items typically depart our studio within approximately two weeks of the order being placed, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Once your item has departed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the postal carrier. We do not guarantee delivery dates and cannot accept liability for shipping delays once the order has left our studio.
If a delay in production occurs, you will be informed by email.
Paradis Maison is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
5. Returns & Damages
While we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, we take great care to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and packaging, so we can review and assist accordingly.
