Hand-Crafted, Made-to-Order, and Delivered with Care

At Paradis Maison, each piece is created especially for you. Our decor items are not mass-produced or stored in warehouses. Every pillow, plate or print is made-to-order, individually inspected, and prepared fresh before leaving our studio. This approach allows us to minimize environmental waste and ensures that your piece arrives in pristine, newly-crafted condition.

Shipping Time Frames

Your decor will depart out studio within two weeks of your order date and typically arrives within three weeks within the United States. If there is any issue during production you will be emailed with an updated timeframe. There may occasionally be delays during the holiday season that are beyond our control and we thank you for your understanding.

International Shipping

Paradis Maison offers international shipping to select destinations where we have reliable carrier partnerships. Certain regions with a history of inconsistent delivery service or postal theft (such as India or South Africa) are currently excluded from our international network. We apologize for this inconvenience and suggest if you reside outside of our shipping profile that you may wish to have your order sent to a trusted U.S. address for forwarding at your discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom-printed and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Once an item has entered production, it is crafted uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

We take great pride in our quality control, and each piece undergoes a thorough inspection before it leaves our studio.

Should your order arrive damaged, defective or missing due to a shipment issue, we will of course replace or refund it promptly.

How to Request a Replacement

If your parcel was damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our studio with photographs of the item and packaging. Contact us via the form on this page or email us at info@paradismaison.com.

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a return shipping label and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note that returns must not be sent directly to the studio address listed on our website. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted or reimbursed. This ensures every case is handled correctly and fairly.

 If Your Parcel Hasn’t Arrived

All shipments include a tracking number, provided once your order departs our studio.

If your parcel appears delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate and assist you.

Claims reported beyond 30 days from the marked delivery date on the tracking record cannot be verified and therefore cannot be replaced or refunded.

We kindly ask that customers monitor their tracking details regularly to ensure smooth delivery and timely resolution of any issues.

Note: Please take care when entering your address, Paradis Maison will not accept liability for packages lost due to the customer providing an incorrect shipping address. To date we have never had a single item lost in transit within the USA.

Should an issue ever arise, we promise to respond personally and promptly, usually within 24 to 48 hours, to make things right.
